Well done to Jess Manchester for placing in the top 20 at the world champs in Cairns on the weekend

Josh Oxenham raced in the under 19 downhill event and placed 30th after a crash in his seeding run and was transported to hospital. Well done Josh to get back out there! Read all about it here.
The creek at the end of Castaway now has a bridge. Also if you come out of 3 Blind Mice you can go straight into the 2nd half of Castaway - it’s so good it might end up as an Enduro stage sometime....
SHUTTLES: the forest roading crew don’t seem to leave until around 6 so no point in starting shuttles before then, but despite the forecast for a bit of drizzle let’s give tomorrow evening a go . 6pm until dark

We are just in the process of finalising the stages for the race, we have 3 stages confirmed but would like some ideas from you guys for the other 2 stages. Give us some ideas for what tracks we should use in a stage in the comments below.....
